360 Attitude is more than a place where children come to get their hair done. Through the 360 Attitude Youth Empowerment Program, we create meaningful opportunities for children to build confidence, explore creativity, develop leadership skills, and discover what makes them special.
360 Attitude Youth Empowerment Program

The 360 Attitude Youth Empowerment Program is designed to help children recognize their gifts, believe in themselves, and develop skills they can carry into everyday life. Through age-appropriate activities and intentional mentorship, children are encouraged to learn, create, communicate, lead, and grow while being supported by caring adults who see their potential.
How We Beautify Futures
Confidence, creativity, and character.
Children may participate in confidence-building activities, beauty education, hands-on learning, creative projects, communication practice, teamwork, leadership experiences, and mentorship. Each experience is created to help children feel capable, supported, and proud of who they are while developing skills they can use beyond the salon.
Creativity
Hands-on projects that encourage self-expression, problem solving, and imagination.
Leadership
Opportunities to practice communication, teamwork, and guiding others with kindness.
Mentorship
Caring adults who listen, support, and help children see what is possible.
The 360 Clubhouse
A welcoming youth space connected to the salon.
The 360 Clubhouse is a welcoming youth space connected to the salon where children can participate in supervised activities, enrichment, mentoring, and positive community-centered experiences. The Clubhouse may also be available to eligible families for scheduled early drop-off and late pick-up through the 360 VIP Club. Clubhouse activities and availability may vary based on staffing, age group, program schedule, season, funding, and community partnerships.
