We want every family to feel prepared and every child to have the best possible experience. A little preparation helps us keep appointments calm, timely, and enjoyable.
Before the Appointment
Parents are welcome to walk their child in, help them get settled, and make sure they feel comfortable before the service begins. To help us maintain a calm, child-centered environment, parents are not permitted to remain in the salon for the duration of the appointment. Our team will contact you if your child needs additional support.
We provide a 15-minute grace period because we understand that unexpected delays can happen. Arriving within that time helps us give your child a calm, complete experience without rushing their service. Arrivals beyond the grace period may need to be rescheduled so we can continue giving every child the care and attention they deserve.
Every child is different. Our team uses patience, encouragement, clear communication, and reasonable breaks to help children feel safe. If a service cannot be completed safely, the stylist will speak with the parent about the best next step.
