360 Attitude was created from a simple but powerful realization: children deserve a salon experience made specifically for them. After years of working with young clients, founder Salimah Allen noticed how naturally children relaxed in her care. Parents shared that their children asked for her, trusted her, and felt comfortable in her chair. That connection became the foundation for 360 Attitude, a children's salon where patience is expected, gentleness is part of the service, and every child is treated like they matter.
What began as a love for styling hair grew into a larger vision: a space where beauty, confidence, learning, mentorship, and community can all meet under one roof.
Meet the Founder
Salimah Allen
Salimah Allen is a licensed cosmetologist, children's stylist, and the founder of 360 Attitude Children's Salon. Her work is rooted in patience, creativity, consistency, and a genuine calling to serve children. She created 360 Attitude to give young clients an experience that feels safe, joyful, and intentional from the moment they enter the salon.
